The chain is attached to the horseshoe allowing for perfect positioning every time. Wearing a horseshoe facing downward allows good fortune to flow out and over oneself - and don't we all need a little protection these days?

Measurements: The diamonds are .09ctw. The pendant is about 1/4" tall by about 1/4" wide. The chain is adjustable to 16" or 18".
